Maintain a constant temperature of 37 ℃, in fact, the function of the body after drinking cold water or ice water, the body will be through their own energy reserves fever in the constant temperature control.

Prefer cold showers

After enduring a long day of "steaming", people tend to avoid heat waves by taking cold showers, but that's not a good idea. As with cold drinks, the heat shock of a huge temperature difference between air and water can make the cool feeling disappear quickly. The body heats up against sudden cold, so it's best to cool down with a warm bath that doesn't disrupt your body's function.

Drink lots and even lots of water

In hot weather, it is essential to keep 1.5 to 2 liters of water a day to avoid dehydration, but excessive drinking is never advisable, especially for older people who sweat relatively little and have poor water evacuation and absorption capacity.

At the same time, the diuretic effect of sodas, beer, cocktails, tea and coffee, in addition to their higher sugar content, makes such drinks less of a tonic.

Avoid salt

Some people tend to avoid salt because it makes them thirsty. Even if salt is a health hazard, it is not advisable to avoid it altogether. In fact, there are several benefits to eating salt in hot weather, such as increased hydration of the body resulting in thirst, or mineral salt loss caused by sweat evaporation.
